By accessing and using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy govern the relationship of Free Tarot Fun with you in relation to this website.

1. Use of Service

Free Tarot Fun is an entertainment service that offers AI-generated tarot readings. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

The use of any information or materials on this website is at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

The tarot readings provided by this service are solely for entertainment and self-exploration purposes. They should not be considered as professional, medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

2. Plans and Payments

We offer different access plans:

  • Free Plan: 1 reading per day, limited history, 5 future reveals.
  • Initiation Ritual ($1 USD): 7 days of full access, unlimited readings, future always visible.
  • Monthly Pass ($8 USD): 30 days of full access.
  • Annual Pass ($64 USD): 365 days of full access with the best value (33% savings).

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

One-time payments: All our payment plans are one-time purchases (not auto-renewing subscriptions). When your plan period ends, you will automatically return to the free plan unless you make a new purchase.

No auto-renewal: We do not charge automatically. You always have full control over when and whether you wish to renew your premium access.

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Requests made within the first 7 days from purchase.
  • Not applicable if you have already significantly used the service (more than 10 readings).
  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

To request a refund, contact support@freetarot.fun indicating your registration email and reason for the request.

4. Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn rewards by inviting friends:

  • Free users: Earn 5 extra readings for each friend who registers and completes their first reading.
  • Premium users: Earn additional subscription days according to their plan:
    • Trial Plan ($1): +1 day
    • Monthly Plan ($8): +8 days
    • Annual Plan: +30 days

Program conditions:

  • You cannot refer yourself or create fake accounts.
  • The referral must complete their first reading for the reward to be activated.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the system.
  • We may modify or cancel the program at any time.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Our tarot interpretations are generated using advanced artificial intelligence models (OpenAI). It is important that you understand the following:

  • The interpretations are automatically generated and do not come from a human tarot reader.
  • The content is for entertainment, personal reflection and self-knowledge purposes.
  • The readings DO NOT constitute:
    • Medical or mental health advice
    • Legal or financial advice
    • Guaranteed future predictions
    • A substitute for professional help
  • If you need professional help, consult certified experts in the corresponding field.

6. Generated Content

Regarding readings and generated content:

  • The readings you receive are yours for personal use.
  • You can share your readings through our sharing feature. Shared readings are anonymous.
  • By using our service, you grant us a license to use the content of your questions (anonymously and in aggregate) to improve our services.
  • We do not share or sell your individual questions or readings to third parties.

7. Age and Use Restrictions

Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Prohibited uses: You may not use this service for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Creating fake or multiple accounts to abuse the system
  • Attempting to access other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineering the service
  • Sending spam or malicious content
  • Harassing or harming other users

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be available uninterrupted
  • The readings will be accurate or applicable to your situation
  • The results will meet your specific expectations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.
  • We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the readings.

9. Account Termination

By the user: You can delete your account at any time from your profile or by contacting us. When you delete your account:

  • Any active subscription will be cancelled (no refund for the current period)
  • Your reading history will be deleted within 30 days
  • Your referral code will stop working

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms and conditions
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Abuse the referral system
  • Harm other users or the service

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make significant changes:

  • We will notify you by email or through a notice on the site
  • Changes will take effect 30 days after notification
  • Continued use of the service after changes implies your acceptance

If you do not agree with the new terms, you can cancel your account before they take effect.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, including Law No. 29733 (Personal Data Protection Law) and its Regulation (Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS), which is compatible with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

For European Union users, we guarantee compliance with GDPR regarding the processing of your personal data.

To resolve any dispute, we will first attempt an amicable solution. If not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lima, Peru.
